GREEN IS… a 30 year journey!

The Norfolk Environmental Commission (NEC) and the Friends of Norfolk’s Environment (FONE) rescheduled their 30th Anniversary Dinner Gala and Silent Auction to Saturday, January 16th from 6pm to 10pm at the Norfolk Botanical Garden. The event had to be postponed on November 14th due to the damages done to the Botanical Garden by the November Nor’easter.

Even with having to postpone the gala, the 30th Anniversary festivities were a success.  A HUGE thank you to all supporters and contributors who were part of making the 30th Anniversary evening memorable.  The Staff and Board members of NEC and FONE were eager to celebrate with all our guests were humbled by the community support showcased at the event.
